Refund Policy

Thank you for buying a course/ services from us. We want to make sure that our customers have an exceptional learning experience. As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Return & Refund Policy.

When you buy a course on the https://www.vedicastrovivek.in/ you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the conditions covered below.

Cancellation & Refunds: At Vedicastrovivek we understand in teaching/ training that customers can change their mind. Some of our courses might not be 100% relevant for everyone in their current need. That is why we give the freedom to ask for a complete refund of the services/ course fee by or before last date of registration. If the cancellation is done by the customer before the last date of registration, 100% of course fee paid will be refunded after deducting the GST Paid by the company for the transaction. If the cancellation is done by the customer after last date of registration or during consultations/ courses or if services are availed no refund will be made. However, for special cases where the it is communicated during promotions like ‘money back guarantee’ etc. then customers can claim refund on our discretion.

Advance / Registration Payments: Advance payment or registration fee made for courses will not be refunded but can be adjusted in any other course or services that are availed by the student through Vedic Astrology Vivek. Except for special cases where it is communicated/ displayed on promotions that customers can claim refund. Duplicate Payment Refunds: Duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed within 30 days after intimation by the customer and confirmation.

Note: All refunds are subject to the discretion of Vedic Astrology Vivek/ administration of vedicastrovivek.in. Wherever applicable refunds will be processed within 30 days of the acknowledgement on the refund request.
